Media Management Group works hand-in-hand with top talent, major companies and organizations to devise, build and manage their media strategies. Jeff began his career as an agent in the music business, working with top rock and pop performers. Building upon that experience, he soon started his own personal management company handling popular comedians, radio personalities and corporate speakers. Jeff launched Media Management Group in 1992, bringing together unique and creative executives and support staff working as a team to help the company’s clients grow their platforms, brands and revenue across the entire range of media outlets.

Former iHeartRadio Operations Manager Alan Eisenson most recently programmed the company’s Northern California news/talk stations, heritage KFBK-AM & FM and KSTE-AM Sacramento, and KKSF-AM and KNEW-AM San Francisco. He’s also programmed top stations in New York, Denver, Memphis and Las Vegas. He was named as one of the “Top 50 Program Directors in America” four times by Radio Ink magazine, and is a contributor to Creating Powerful Radio, published by M Street Publications, and to the Powerful Radio Workbook, published by Focal Press.

Aly began her career at the Araca Group, a live entertainment merchandise and production company, working with top Broadway shows and touring music acts. She also managed fan outreach for a top stage, TV and film actress before coming to work for Media Management Group in 2008.

Paul is a web designer and developer with over 20 years of experience creating and maintaining a digital footprint for a variety of small, medium and large businesses.
He works with MMG on various in-house and client projects. Other notable clients include Delta Air Lines, UPS, Cox Communications, Signature Flight Support, Airtran and Turner Broadcasting.
NETWORK RADIO SALES
Lou has more than 35 years of experience in media planning and buying, on both the local side and for national networks. He has held executive positions at top companies like Katz Radio, Interep, and Focus 360.
Dionne has spent much of her career in detail-oriented positions that have fostered a skillset of planning, logistics, and efficiency. She’s excited to transition into working in media, bringing her attention to detail and organizational skills to MMG’s team as she helps manage our content workflow, as well as providing editorial and technical support.
