Ian Heller & Jeff Schwartz – Co-Presidents/CEOs
In addition to providing top level management across all departments of the company, founders Ian and Jeff oversee the relationships with MMG’s valued clients. They have had great success turning the company into a “one-stop shop” for services that are vital to the growth and development of their clients’ businesses. In addition, they have leveraged their years of experience and relationships to create opportunities for MMG clients with top companies in all media.

Prior to launching Media Management Group with Jeff, Ian had a private law practice specializing in entertainment law, general civil litigation, appeals, contracts, and commercial and criminal litigation. He was also general counsel to WorldMedia Group, a television and film production company, and an advisor to various record and television production businesses. In 1990, Ian co-founded Heller/Hone International, Inc., a company specializing in the distribution of live and taped sports and entertainment programming for international network television and domestic pay-per-view, and the coordination of merchandising in conjunction with these events. The company worked with such notable music legends as The Grateful Dead, The Band, Jefferson Airplane and Bill Graham. A singer/songwriter/cellist/pianist, Ian is a classically trained musician from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and has performed and recorded professionally since the age of five.

Jeff began his career as an agent booking tours for top performers including Fleetwood Mac, Billy Joel, Harry Chapin, Meatloaf and Peter Allen. In 1978 Jeff formed his own personal management and production company through which he managed the careers of several major comedians and coordinated the entertainment schedules for comedy clubs across the country. He has produced live shows, events and recordings, and collaborated on a variety of books and television programs, as well as a film project with George Carlin. Additionally, Jeff co-authored and edited several film and television scripts, and was the Producer of a nationally syndicated radio show for Premiere Radio Networks.

Jacqui Rossinsky - Executive Vice President / Business Development Jacqui works hand in hand with MMG’s clients to enhance existing revenue streams while developing new ones. Her broad range of experience and formidable list of long-standing relationships across all media have opened doors for many unique and profitable opportunities.
Prior to joining Media Management Group, Jacqui served as Executive Vice President of Network Operations at Interep, one of the country’s top radio ad sales rep firms, and then as President/COO of D&R Radio.

Craig Whetstine - Senior Vice President / Affiliate Sales & Relations Craig’s responsibilities include reaching out to add new stations to MMG’s radio clients’ lineups, maintaining existing relationships with current affiliates, and managing the company’s affiliate advertising and marketing campaigns.
After years of experience on the local level, Craig redirected his career into network radio doing Affiliate Relations at what was then the Mutual Broadcasting System (later to become the network side of Westwood One). Coming full circle after successful stints at other radio companies, he returned to Westwood One in Washington DC as Director of Affiliate Sales, where he worked for four years handling news and entertainment programming before joining Media Management Group.

Annie Begg - Vice President / Sales Operations
In her capacity as VP of Sales Operations, Annie manages and coordinates all activities related to the execution of sales orders. She is also an accomplished sales marketing professional and is in charge of creating and customizing those materials and presentations. Prior to coming on board at MMG, Annie worked in Advertising Sales and Marketing for top publications such as The New Yorker, Vogue, and Rolling Stone.

Aly Hagen - Vice President / Creative & Editorial
A talented writer, editor and graphic designer, Aly oversees much of the print and digital content that MMG produces. In addition to her general creative and editorial responsibilities, she has edited and contributed to client books for major publishing houses, written and designed a brochure for a major advertising campaign, and is the editor of several client newsletters.
Aly has worked in management/sales of theatrical merchandise for Araca Merchandise LP, one of the largest merchandise companies in Broadway theater. She also spent six years coordinating fan services, including the web presence, for stage and screen actress Kristin Chenoweth.

Clay Kohut - Director of Digital Media
Clay works with all departments at MMG to incorporate the latest digital strategies and technologies into its efforts. From building mobile apps to devising viral and social network advertising campaigns, Clay’s work has quickly become vital to MMG and our clients. It would seem that Clay was born with an insatiable appetite for everything tech. With experience in all facets of New Media, he has developed online strategies for radio and television personalities, websites, games and iPhone applications, web video, and digital marketing strategies.
