Case Study: Sustenex

Sustenex sought to increase awareness of how its probiotic product was proven to reduce the frequency of colds and flu. A renewal with one of their major retailers was pending, and they wanted to do whatever possible to increase sales during this sensitive period.
What We Did:
- Connected Sustenex with Dr. Ken Kronhaus to act as talent and spokesperson
- Collaborated with client to create scripts and messaging
- Created custom microsite with custom URL to use as the online reference point for the campaign
- Produced a complementary downloadable guide that was accessible from the microsite
- Generated and distributed a press release about the media tour
- Pre-booked Dr. Kronhaus on TV and radio stations across the country
- Complete production of the Satellite Media Tour
- Tied SMT into Dr. Kronhaus’ nationally syndicated radio program and microsite
- Targeted advertising campaign on Facebook
Result:
- Generated more than 40 Million impressions for the Sustenex message
- Increased product sales significantly, enabling the client to renew the
agreement with their distributor
